My Top 10 Nickelodeon Show’s of the 1990’s!

If you grew up in the 90’s you may recognize some of these show’s from Nickelodeon!

#10-All That-  A show commonly seen on SNICK (Saturday Night Nickelodeon).  It was a Saturday Night Live for us tweens.  Keenan and Kel were derived from this program, also I remember Lori Beth Denberg with vital information for your every day life, and repairman.

#9-Ahh!  Real Monsters-  An animated series that starred Ickus, Oblima, and Krumm.  Krumm was the one that had to carry his eye balls.

#8-Are You Afraid of the Dark?  A group of kids who gathered around a campfire and told ghost stories.  I used to be afraid of the dark.

#7-Doug-  When I hear the name Doug, even when I hear that stupid song trying to teach me how to Dougie, all I think of is the theme song of Doug:  “Dooo dooo doooo dooo dooo doo doo doooo doooo doooo doo”  I also think of Doug, his best friend Skeeter, His love Patty Mayonnaise, The bully Roger Klotz, and the jock Chalkie.  I remember Chalkie threw a touchdown pass to himself during a game.

#6- Hey Arnold!  The football shaped headed, blonde haired boy who lived with his crazy grandparents.  Arnold got bullied buy a girl named Helga who showed him her love by kicking his ass and verbally abusing him constantly.  She was secretly obsessed.

#5- Rocket Power-  This was my favorite animated series, 4 cool kids who played extreme sports down by the beach.

#4- My Brother and Me-  A classic series that was centered around an African-American family.  D.D. and his older brother, and his older brother’s best friend Goo.

#3- Salute Your Shorts-  “Camp Onawana we hold you in our hearts and when we think about you it makes me want to fart!”

#2- GUTS-  Competition between kids who go through three rounds of athletic events concluding with the Agro Crag.  The kid who racked up the most points won a piece of the Agro Crag.  I wonder if they sell those on e-bay, I’ve ALWAYS wanted it.

#1-Legend’s of the Hidden Temple-  A similar competition, except they started with 10 teams of 2 and eliminated until the finalists competed in the maze where two scary dudes hid in the maze.
